M-3 is a family of interconnected enterprise applications supporting adidas teams throughout product planning and market preparation.
Across the ecosystem, teams define product concepts and briefs, build and refine assortments, plan pricing and distribution, and manage how products are prepared and made available across markets. Each application supports different activities and stages of this broader process.
The M-3 ecosystem is continuously evolving. Changing business requirements, stakeholder feedback and market information shape workflows, while individual processes may also connect with applications outside the M-3 family.
My work involved designing and improving experiences across the M-3 ecosystem from detailed interactions within individual applications to workflows spanning multiple products. This included translating complex business requirements into usable interfaces, exploring workflow structures, and developing consistent interaction patterns across applications.
