About the project
BazaB is a membership and organization management platform built around a complex structure
of umbrella organizations, clubs, administrators and members.
The platform consists of three interconnected CMS modules for different levels of administration and a mobile application for members.
As the sole designer, I am responsible for the product's UX and UI — from structuring organizational relationships, roles, permissions and user flows to designing the interfaces and visual language. My work also includes the public-facing presentation website and product documentation explaining the platform's functionality.
The central challenge is creating a coherent experience across a system where organizations can be structured differently, users participate at different levels, and workflows must function across these relationships.
